Services & pricing

Automation that earns its keep. Readiness that stays current.

A clear route from diagnosis to a system that is built, monitored and maintained, with pricing published up front.

Automation Care: monthly maintenance

APIs change. Models drift. Workflows stop. Sometimes nothing looks wrong until someone notices weeks later.

Care gives your automations a named owner who monitors them, deals with failures and tells you what happened. It is not just a maintenance retainer. It is an ongoing service for keeping the systems useful.

A named human, not a ticket queue

You get a dedicated contact who knows your systems. Depending on your plan, you can reach us by email, WhatsApp, phone or a shared Slack or Teams channel. Support is available in English or German, with a response time matched to your plan.

You hear about problems from us first

We monitor the systems and send alerts when something needs attention. When a failure occurs, we explain what happened, what we did and what we changed to reduce the chance of it happening again.

Reporting you can actually use

Each month you receive a health report covering uptime, run volume, hours saved and improvements made. Professional and Premium plans add a live dashboard and scheduled optimisation conversations.

Free AI Act self-assessment

Ten questions about how your business uses AI, including whether you use AI to screen applicants or whether your chatbot tells people it is an AI.

You receive a red, amber or green indication of your likely exposure under the EU AI Act, plus the three areas worth checking first. No sign-up is required, and your answers stay in your browser.

AI Ops & Compliance 360° Health Check

One report answers two practical questions: where can automation save time, and what does your current AI use need in order to be ready for the EU AI Act?

The Health Check includes:

  • An operations map covering your tools, data flows and manual processes
  • 8–12 automation opportunities, each with an estimated time and pound saving
  • An inventory of the AI systems and automated tools you run
  • An initial risk classification for each system against the four-tier EU AI Act framework
  • A top-five readiness gap report with practical fixes
  • A 90-day roadmap covering your first three automation projects and first three readiness actions
  • A one-page summary for internal sign-off

The £1,250 fee is fully credited against an implementation of £8,000 or more signed within 90 days.

The compliance element is a readiness assessment, not legal advice. Where formal legal sign-off is needed, we work with partner law firms in the UK and Germany.

From £8,000 End to end First 90 days of Care included

Full AI implementation

We design, build, integrate and deploy the systems in your roadmap on your existing stack. Pricing follows complexity and sits within the published ranges below.

Level 1 One workflow using one or two tools, such as invoice processing, email triage or report generation from £8,000
Level 2 Several systems working together, such as CRM, ERP and email pipelines with AI-assisted operations from £15,000
Level 3 Advanced AI systems, including custom agents, customer-facing AI and systems involved in decisions about people from £25,000

Every implementation includes:

  • Discovery and design workshop
  • Bespoke build, integration and testing
  • Readiness considerations built into the design, including disclosure, labelling, logging and documentation where relevant
  • Team training and updated operating procedures
  • The first 90 days of Care Professional maintenance

Final quotes are based on the scope and expected value shown by the Health Check. The intention is simple: the price should make sense beside the time and cost the system is expected to recover.

Compliance Guard: governance upkeep

AI readiness is not a one-off exercise. Your team will adopt new tools, your systems will change and official guidance will develop.

Compliance Guard provides an ongoing owner for the practical work:

  • A maintained register of your AI systems, with new tools reviewed as you adopt them
  • Quarterly risk reclassification and gap review
  • Readiness checks for systems built by Modern Minds, including disclosure, labelling, logging and documentation where relevant
  • Alerts when the regulatory position changes
  • One annual staff AI-literacy training session, recorded for reuse
  • An annual readiness report for insurers, tenders and banks, where appropriate

This service is not a substitute for legal advice.

Questions, answered plainly

Who is this for?

SMEs that already use, or are about to use, AI and automation in their operations across the UK, US and DACH region. If your team spends too much time on repetitive work, or you are unsure what your AI use requires, we can help you work it out.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We handle the diagnosis, build, rollout and ongoing maintenance. You stay focused on the business; we take responsibility for the systems we build with you.

Why publish price ranges instead of fixed implementation prices?

The Health Check and maintenance plans have fixed prices. Implementation varies by scope, so we publish ranges rather than pretending every project costs the same. Your final quote is based on the work involved and the measurable time and cost the Health Check identifies.

Does the EU AI Act apply to my business?

It may. The Act can apply to providers and deployers, including businesses outside the EU whose AI outputs are used by people in the EU. AI used in recruitment, staff evaluation, credit or access-to-service decisions can fall into the high-risk category. Customer-facing chatbots and AI-generated content have transparency requirements scheduled to apply in August 2026. The exact position depends on the system and how it is used.

The free self-assessment gives you a first view in five minutes.

Is the Health Check legal advice?

No. It is a readiness assessment. It helps you understand what you use, where the gaps may be and what to do next. If formal legal advice or sign-off is needed, we can work with partner law firms in the UK.

What languages do you work in?

English and German, including German-language reports and contracts for DACH clients.
